Returns or Refunds:


We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase being received, if you are not happy with the quality of your purchase.

The garment must not have been worn. You can return your product for a different product or a refund of the original payment method subject to the conditions below:

The garment is not a print on order Item (these can not be returned as they are printed for the customer a there request)Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.



If you have received your order and something is damaged/faulty/incorrect, please contact us to submit a returns application for a replacement, credit or refund. You will need to send us a clear image of the issue, the expiry and batch number for the product, your order number and the item affected within 7 working days of receiving your order.


  • Our customer services team will review your returns application

  • Please allow 2-3 working days for a response from our Customer Services rep. Please do not throw any items away until we have resolved the matter.

  • Our policy lasts 7 days after the purchase has been received. If this time-frame has passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit in exchange for your items.If you seek to return or exchange an item from Fowler Fitness, please reach out to us at, and we'll mail you the return information which will be returned at your cost.

Shipping Policy:

All stocked orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If you have ordered a print on order item these items are processed within 1 to 5 business days. Once the order has been processed it is printed on order and will be dispatched from the team in Papamoa within 7-10 working days. 
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 2 working days for the tracking information to become available. 

Once the parcel has been collected the shipping time frame will vary according to your selected shipping method.
